Paratissima Lisbon

Paratissima Lisboa is part of the Paratissima International network www.paratissima.international , inspired by the innovative Turin-based Paratissima art fair, which has been running since 2004. This inclusive, democratic, and participatory event aims to promote emerging talent. The first edition of the Paratissima Lisboa contemporary art festival took place from July 20–24, 2016. It featured over 1,000 artworks by more than 300 artists along a 2.5-km route in Lisbon's historic center, attracting over 100,000 visitors. It was recognized as the largest public-space art festival in Europe and was a Time Out nominee for the "Revelation of the Year" award.
